Best hold in knickers that don't hurt or dig in

I prefer to wear a control body or a control slip as I find the waistband on knickers too uncomfortable. I've had mine for at least a couple of years pre-covid, they were both from TK Maxx

I’ve had Spanx and M&S and much prefer M&S shapewear
