Teeth whitening

Can anyone recommend a decent teeth whitening toothpaste or treatment they have been pleased with! Any other top tips to improve the colour of my teeth .

Just avoid whitening pens as it might be harmful for teeth (don't ask me how I know). I use cleopatra's natural powder (this one which "@BonkiBo" mentoined few months ago) last few months and it really does whiten and it doesn't damage your enamel.(right pic after approx. 20 days of using it daily)

Whitening at your dentist is also an option if you can afford it.
