Backless jersey dress - would you add support or can someone recommend a stick on bra?

I have a dress I love in thick cotton jersey. It has a scoop back with ties that doesn’t work with a bra. I’m around a 30D so my boobs aren’t big but I’m more comfortable with a little support. They’re also uneven from breastfeeding which going braless emphasises.
Has anyone added soft cups or a supportive panel to a casual dress?
Or can anyone recommended stick on cups/bra that are comfortable and stay on even if you’re fairly active? A lot of reviews focus on bridal or formal wear, I’m more likely to be chasing my 3 year old round a playground so I need something that stays in place. Thank you!

It’s lovely, where’s it from?

m&s have a clear plastic strap, clear plastic back multi-way bra

It’s from Rouje, but last season.

Clear straps could be interesting, thank you.

ohh rouje keeps popping up as a targeted ad on my fb but ive been ignoring it. I might check it out, thanks! good luck with the bra!

Perky pear original lift and shape tape works really well. I was impressed, it’s my go too for backless dresses now. Doesn’t slip with sweat either. Bit tricky to put on at first, need to stand in front of a mirror and have an extra pair of hands for the first go!😂

Perky pear stickers work almost too well. I wore them for my wedding - 14 hour sweaty day and I still needed a soak in the bath to get them off!

Those might be worth a try if they stay in place, thank you!

I’m also going to ask my regular dressmaker what she thinks about adding support to the dress itself.
