Chubby and short - wedding guest in a hot country

Help!!!!!

Large arms and tummy which I'm working on, very short, and size 16 so honestly, I feel like a baked potato most of the time

I need to cover my knees as they look like faces, and I need something which doesn't hug the tummy (can you still call it baby belly if the baby is 8?).

Apparently the city the wedding is in is totally cobbled (and no doubt beautiful) so I need a dress / trouser set that works with flats/wedges.

Oh...and joy of joys....the Bride is (wonderful!) And a decade younger and of the Insta generation so mega into photos and how things look in photos.

I'm 37 and dark haired and frankly, would be happy just to blend into the crowd

Budget up to 200 for the dress/outfit, with extra for shoes bag etc

Try a tiered midi dress, preferably in cotton with long or 3/4 length sleeves. Wedge espadrilles with strappy ties are super cute and continental, go for the boho vibe. Accessorise with a chic straw clutch bag and a jangly bangle or two.

A long, loose, floaty dress in bright colours (being dark haired you can definitely wear brights) and a lightweight material. Big earrings, bangles and jewelled flat sandals or mid height wedges in an appropriate colour.
if your arms are ok or you've got a bit of a (fake) tan I'd go sleeveless. Take a wrap for the evening.
Lanacane do a silicon gel for chub rub. (Tube, fits in a handbag. Cooler than the undershorts.) just saying.
