What do I wear with this dress for a wedding?

I've bought a dress I love for a wedding and now need some kind of jacket and some shoes. Please help!

It's not a super formal wedding but will be cold in the evening.

For shoes, I can't wear court shoes really - previous toe injury makes heels hard, and I have very narrow feet so need flats or straps. I was thinking either black ballet flats or maybe wedges with straps.

I'm late 30s, 5'2" and size 10ish.

Does it need to be a look or just for warmth?

I'd go for an oversize black cardigan instead of a jacket but I'm not too fussed about things not looking like a proper outfit

Non-black shoes (M&S are good for flats in interesting colours) and an oversized blazer, maybe something like this.

Thanks everyone! I do like that blue blazer. I'd forgotten about Asos - do we think this could work?

I also would be against the black option, something in a colour picked up from the dress: orange/red, green or blue. I’m not sure about flats, I think midi doesn’t like flats much but it might be ok depending on the whole look.
Did you try New look? They usually have lots of cardigans.
I also think that open front cardigan will go better with this dress.
