Opticians-can bimatoprost in eyelash serums cause orbital fat atrophy?

I know this sounds a bit weird for the style and beauty section but bear with me! I sometimes use eyelash serums which contain bimatoprost and from time to time have used Lumify eye drops for red eyes (contains bimatoprost 0.025%). I really love both of these but am worried they may cause orbital fat atrophy. Some of the photos of patients who have fat lots around their eye associated with prostaglandins are quite shocking and I really, really don't want this to happen. Can you put my mind at rest or should I stop using these immediately?

I’d be interested to know too @imstilljenny2 and if any are safer - do the ones that are OTC have the same risk or is it the prescription only ones?

I'm not really sure. Lumify eye drops are a tenth of the strength of prescription strength bimatoprost eye drops for glaucoma so perhaps safer but who knows.
