I wouldn't buy again, and no, not sleek enough to mind about not breathing - maybe if I HAD to wear a clingy dress in which I Must Not Wobble, but I wouldn't wear a dress like that anyway because I'm too fat!

I think they are better for fairly slim-but-wobbly types
