'my old jeans fit again' after DAY SIX????
You are unnatural!

Stop bragging - I just about got into my jeans again comfortably, DD is now 2 and a half ...and I'm pregnant again!

Plenty of longish tops around with empire line which are good for your (no doubt) tiny postnatal belly. Not great for breastfeeding I admit... but Next have some quite good loose-ish numbers which verge on smart.

PS The hormones will subside - eventually!

oh dont be mistaken! i didnt put much on bum and legs and these are hipsters we are talking about but the BELLY baby number 3 and huge bumps, the overhang is incredible!

will check next out

I think a couple of new tops are key. Either go for a size up or looser style (quite a lot of that in the shops at the momnet). I like cardis if BFing so don't have to expose my flabby sides to world.

Cardi's are the way to go I think..plus some hefty support underwear if you can face the corsetted feel!
But also I wore quite alot of casual dresses after giving birth, with opaque tights for warmth..nothing tight obviously but the new cocoon style ones work well, as do empire line ones, (though you do run the risk of looking still preggers I suppose..)

Thats what I want to avoid, have loads of tunics etc that were great when pregnant but not great now I dont want to look it!

how much can you afford? i've always had a belly and muffintops long before pg and have found all saints tops to be a real blessing. lots of lovely long-ish ones in great styles. they're the only tops i own that looked great when i was skinny and are seeing me through pg now.
