Soothing moisturiser for flaky spotty post covid skin

My skin has been an absolute mess since I had covid, red, sensitive, flaky and with horrible spots round my jawline and neck.

I need a new moisturiser. Can anyone recommend something that will be soothing but not exacerbate the spot issue?

La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5. Gorgeous stuff, calms redness, is moisturising and I wouldn't be without it. I, and many, many others use it to soothe skin after using Tretinoin (Retin-A).

Ah that looks like just the thing. Thank you for the recommendation!

Came on to say the La Roche Posay one too!
Dermatica also do a great barrier repair cream but it's more expensive and a smaller tube.

LRP Toleriane is also excellent as a continuing moisturiser after the Cicaplast has done its magic.

Dr Jart Ceramidin serum has saved my post covid skin. The LRP cicaplast broke me out. (I have fairly sensitive skin)
