Im very top heavy with big boobs and a thick waist and it belly but long slim legs. I want a stylish dress to the knee to wear with heels for my nephews wedding in 2 weeks

My go to for big boobs was always Bravissimo but they no longer do clothes.
I got a lovely dress from Hobbs for a wedding but it’s longer than knee length.
Would separates work better?
