Non-stingy handcream

My DC's hands are looking very dry and sore from washing and gelling. I've tried them with various hand creams but I've yet to find one that doesn't sting.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks

Norwegian formula seems to work on chapped hands for me and doesn’t hurt. Dove Hand cream always makes my hands sting even though you’d think it was gentle like the soap.
I think if you’re someone who’s sensitive to soap or detergents or you have been overdoing it on hand sanitiser gel, then your hands are more sensitised to everything that you put on them and can sting, even if they’re not visibly cracked and chapped.

l’Occitaine Shea butter is good.
