it goes on blue and then turns into a pale gold colour.

It is very sheer so need some concealer for any blemishes.

Haylstones, for a budget buy, I use M&S moisturiser for dry/sensitive skin. Seems to work, sinks in quickly, not greasy, no perfume, very cheap (about 3 quid a pot). I am now obsessive about moisturising at least twice a day
