Treatment for undereye darkness beside treat trough filler

I have always had a slim face and been prone to darkness under my eyes, it's a genetic thing. Anyway I have tried tear trough fillers with 4 different practitioners but it has never really worked or made a lasting difference. I went to reputable people and paid quite a lot so it was disappointing. Is there any other treatments that would be of benefit? It's annoying to look so wrecked all the time even when I'm not. Anyone found anything that has worked?

I've heard about PRP and laser, but not sure how many people offer it.
Why do you think it doesn't work for you? I also have permanently very dark circles and am interested in tt filler, but am a bit worried that my issue is the actual colour of the skin rather than hollowness and that what I need is laser.

I've also heard about semi-permanent makeup being used in the US.
