Jeans

I know this has been done to death but I am struggling with jeans.

My favourite old Zara jeans look dated. I've got some Whistles barrel leg jeans I got on eBay but they honestly do nothing for me. I have some H&M high waist vintage ones in grey which are great but in blue they just don't fit (wierd inconsistent sizing).

I just want some mid blue, non distressed modern looking jeans. Please for the love of god can someone just tell me what to buy?

In the same boat here, I want to emulate the big jeans and white trainers look that all the teens around here are wearing but I keep ordering ones that just don’t look right!

I’ve got a pair of flared ones at the moment from ASOS which are so comfy and remind me of being a student 25 years ago, but I suspect they’re not the edgiest shape.

Another vote for M&S Mom jeans. I'm an hourglass shape and I find them very flattering. The mid blue ones are quite light coloured. I bought the long length as I'm not a fan of ankle grazers.

On the back of this thread I’ve just bought myself some H&M high waisted mom jeans which probably weren’t the best option (I wanted mom jeans) but couldn’t face trying them on in Mango, Zara, M&S so will see if they’re ok and will let you guys know.

Pity Top Shop isn’t open (can get online at ASOS I think?) as I’ve got a pair of mom jeans from there, it’s a sort of greyed black with rips at hems but the fit is perfect.

I’ve brought so many lately almost all have gone back but I have kept a pair of slim mid rise from Primark (want to get more of these) a pair from M&S - jogger ones, and another from Matalan bootcut ones bit long but very flattering. Still on the lookout for better though.
