I am getting married in August and am really stuck on what to wear. We are having a boho festival type of wedding, so I want something that reflects that but also looks swish. I am a size 16, with a bit of a squishy belly huge boobs, so feel a bit limited, any tips, please!

In a similar situation!
Sadly (in my experience) boho and boobs don't match.
This is my second wedding so not only am I fighting against size-limiting designs but also trying to find something that is different from my first dress!

At this rate I'm tempted to by a wrap dress, bleach it and dye to our wedding colours!!

Sorry I can't offer any suggestions. The closest I've found is a few dresses from Monsoon, but I didn't find them flattering on me :(

You could wear a beautiful white saree (or any colour really) with gold or silver trim. To make it look more "western" (if you want to) you can wear a tea-shirt underneath instead of the belly-revealing saree blouses usually worn. You can even buy pre-stitched sarees that you don't have to fold yourself (and they don't come undone if you haven't done it quite right). Also, a beautiful salwar kameez suit looks very chic and boho.

How about a really simple dress, a silhouette that you feel great in, and that flatters your figure. Then dress it up with a fancy kimono style drape over it. Like this

Or a kimono style gown. This bride looks bloody amazing in hers

Have you looked on Joe Browns websit?. Some lovely boho and festival style dresses on there in different colours

Thanks for the tips, I unfortunately look ghastly in white, so looking for something in blue or green, and around €500 or so. Looked at Net a porter, a.bit pricey and not curvy woman friendly. Aaagh, at this stage I wish we had eloped to some beach

What about something from Bombshell? They are great for big boobs and have gorgeous colours.

Given your budget, I’d aim for £100 less and save the rest for tailoring. Everything looks better properly tailored, and you could get it to fit exactly how you want.

The Karen Millen and Hope and Ivy dresses are lovely!
