Why are there no decent women's bags that can take a laptop?

I'm looking for a stylish bag to take to work.
It needs to hold a laptop, packed lunch, water bottle, and various other small things.

I don't want a rucksack or a nylon messenger bag. I want a big handbag that just happens to hold a laptop. I don't want anything that looks like a laptop bag.

Can anyone help please? What do you use now that you are back at work?
Thanks

This is a convertible backpack that can be worn crossbody or on your arm or on your shoulder. It looks like a conventional handbag.

I got mine for £560 as there are discounts...

Another vote for a long handled le pliage.

I have a nice bag from Bell&Fox but I got it a couple of years ago. Fits everything in.

Cambridge Satchel Company certainly do some too.

How about this one?

My LV neverfull holds my Macbook Air, large purse, phone, water bottle, packed lunch and all sorts of other crap and is still as elegant looking as the day I bought it.

I really rate bellroy. They have a few different things but this is nice

Another vote for the Knomo Maddox. It's got zipped and unzipped compartments, a secret pocket, RFID and padding for a laptop.

This was my holy grail and I finally found the perfect bag from Coach.
Then I hurt my neck and now have to use an unglamorous backpack as I've got a long-ish commute. I miss my beautiful leather tote!

I tried all sorts then gave up and got a longchamp le pliage. I was very sceptical of the price for a nylon bag but I've been using it since 2017 and it's still looking pretty good.

@Tiddlywinkly

Which size of Le Pliage please? Medium or large? Thanks
Large - they are usually around £90.

@TheDogsMother

I got this one from M & S. It looks surprisingly good for faux at £29.50.
I have this one too in the black croc print. Really like it and I use a cheap £10 laptop sleeve from Amazon as separation between my lunch stuff.
