No. That horizontal line around the hips cuts you up in a weird place and makes you look much wider than I suspect you really are.
It's an odd cut all round tbh. Matronly, for want of a better word.

I tried on 4 dresses from Boden similar to this last week. I look like I had given up. I sent them all back.

Absolutely not. It makes you look bigger than you probably are. It's blousy and frumpy.

I like it too. It’s quirky but I can’t see what’s unflattering about it. I can’t even see how anyone can judge “flattering” unless they know what you look like otherwise.

There's always going to be a variety of responses OP. I think it nips in nicely at your waist. It looks like it fits well without being too tight or too oversized. I really don't get the comment above about your bust, I think it fits you well and is flattering on you. It's long, but maxis are. The sleeves are on a current trend and get mixed reviews on mn, but they are trendy nonetheless, as are tiers. I think people get confused on these kinds of posts between whether something might suit someone else vs whether it would suit their own taste. We're not one tribe here. So you need to be able to appraise it for yourself. Do you like it? Does it suit what you want it for?
