this style

I had it similar years ago and have mostly had short hair but since growing it for the wedding Im a bitt terrified of having the chop, even though its usually short!

What do you think?

I know im not a rake like her but when I had it short it seemed to suit.

Eek :S

go for it, you are young and pretty and normally I would say no but as long as it is not too severe, I'm sure it will be lovely.

I think you have to be all elfin like for this.

Come over to my 30's long hair thread!

What the hell has being thin got to do with a haircut/style?

MrsKittylette · 04/01/2008 22:12

Who is as tiny as her cod? a seven year old girl?

No Im not a rake, as i said, but doesnt mean the haircut wouldn't suit.

Kitty is slender and very pretty, she will carry it, she can be conservative and elegant when she is as old as the rest of us

chocolatespiders · 04/01/2008 22:14

i love it and wish i was brave enough

karen999 · 04/01/2008 22:14

Go for it MrsKittylette - think it looks fab!! Am sure you will look great.x

ComeOVeneer · 04/01/2008 22:14

I saw you wedding photos (looked lovely btw). Is your hair naturally wavy like in the wedding ones? If so a straight "pob" will be high maintenance (also no scope for "I can't be arsed days" to just tie it up.

janeite · 04/01/2008 22:15

Kitty - I saw your wedding pics and thought you looked beautiful. I think this hairstyle wouldn't look as good as the one you have now imho - you have lovely soft features and this cut is a bit harsh I think.

Ozymandius · 04/01/2008 22:16

I agree with cod. On elfin types, elfin cuts look gorgeous. On less elfin types they can look manly. I am far from elfin.
Keira Knightly and Natalie Imbruglia look all eyes and cheekbones with short hair. I look all big face.
Body shape & height very important when it comes to hair I think.

Lush hair looks sexy with a curvy body anyway.
Also agree re post-wedding haircut. Everyone seems to do it! Why?

MrsKittylette · 04/01/2008 22:17

No, my hair is very very straight, i had rags in for 2 days to get it like that!

Im getting it cut because i hate long hair, i grew it for a year for the wedding.

I didn't have post wedding hair cut

Do you have a long neck Kitty? I think long graceful neck needed for this hair do, not a short stumpy one.

ComeOVeneer · 04/01/2008 22:21

OK if you are that straight (I wish I was) it would work. How about doing a half way style and see how you feel them go shorter if still not happy?

MrsKittylette · 04/01/2008 22:26

Im not scared of short, ive had a skinhead, lol.

I think ill go for it, ill post pics and if you are right cod you can 'Ha' as much as you like

Not sure if my necks long? whats the average? lol
