Can someone help me find this under eye illuminating “concealer” to hide bags

A few years ago I bought a product which was excellent at hiding dark under eye circles. I can’t remember the brand, but was probably something like max factor, maybelline, L’Oréal etc.

It was very lightweight, not claggy, not like a concealer as it was more illuminating.

It was a long thin tube, with a clear plastic lid that you removed at one end, with a little brush for application. You twisted the tube and the fluid covered the brush thinly, then you just brushed it on.

Can’t find it anywhere now and don’t know the brand!

It sounds like Touché Eclait

Sounds exactly like Touché Eclat except for the transparent lid. (It’s a gold tube and lid)

If you have bags the last thing you need is illuminating. It makes then stand out more. A more matte concealer makes them recede.

The product you describe sounds like L'Oreal version of Touche Éclat.

I think it was the Max Factor one - it used to have a brush and then changed to more of a foam applicator. It's called something like Mastertouch.

The match perfection one from rimmel is really good. Use a couple of shades lighter than foundation. Adapts to skin tone.

It sounds like the loreal one, that had a clear lid.

Maybelline dream lumi touch? Sounds exactly like that and I use it for similar purposes.
