How to stop creases in the front of leather trainers and Chelsea boots

Any suggestions? I hate creases and trying to find the best solution to prevent/remove

You can't. The only thing you can do is keep leather shoes/boots well conditioned with a coloured cream conditioner to keep the leather supple.

Just seen something on FB where you stuff cloths into the toes of shoe/trainer etc the put a v hot wet flannel over the front/toe.. it looked like it steamed the creases out.
