What is this permanent red dot on my face and more importantly, how do I I get rid of it?

From the photo you can see I've got a small red dot in between my eyes, at the top of my nose. It's been there about a year I think and it's just not budging. I can cover it with concealer but it wears off after an hour or two especially when I wear a mask in work all day. I 'think' I may have got it from an injection after Botox but it's been there for so long that I can't be sure. I'm not even sure if that area of my face is injected when I get Botox and the doctor I get it from is just about about to have a baby so is on mat leave and I really don't want to bother her with a trivial query like this.
It's red and completely flat and doesn't change shape or size at all. Does anyone have any idea what it is? Once I know what it is I can look into how I can get rid of it. My face is otherwise clear of blemishes so it's kind of annoying. Thanks.

I had something similar and it disappeared of its own accord, but only after about 5 years!

Could it be a little broken capillary? I sometimes get the odd one too, just like this.
They sometimes just go away on their own. If it bothers you, you could have it treated cheaply and easily with electrolysis. If you had more, IP Laser is effective.

I think its a broken capillary
You can get it lasered off

Thanks. I'll look into lasers for this.
