Do you offer on Vinted and if so, how low do you go?

I'm not talking about being all cheeky fucker and grabby like on Facebook marketplace, but if you're buying on Vinted do you make an offer or just buy outright at pride stated?

I find it depends, I often heart an item to save it to watch it, remember I want it etc and the seller will sometimes send a price (sometimes I accept, sometimes I don't). Other times, I save it for a while then make an offer or buy - this varies due to condition, how long it's been listed, how much I want it, what it (or similar) sells for at the time. If I'm desperate for an item but feel it's worth a little less than listed price, I will offer a lower price but usually depending on much I want it, I'll worry it'll sell and just buy!
I usually look for sellers that have bundle discounts on and a few items I want, for me, that justifies the shipping cost a bit more!

On the other side, when someone hearts my items, I usually offer a lower price.

I’ve just started using Vinted, I’ve had a couple of offers accepted under about 15-20% of the listing price. Both items had been listed for a little while and not sold so that’s why I offered lower.

Just remember they still have fees to pay and their post costs aren’t always accurate.

When I sell on eBay I rarely accept an offer below £8 because I generally want to make at least a fiver per item and I pay for postage from that too. (I offer free post on my items - can’t remember why tho!)

Vinted people are used to offers tho - it’s worth a go!
