Just bought this dress for a May wedding. Now wondering what shoes would go? Any expert advice from you guys? Comfy heels needed….

Any of

  • gold strappy sandles
  • knee boots in brown / red suede or learher
  • black Mary jane / court shoes

For comfy low heels try Camper or Hotter (or Ecco)

Depends how bold you want to be. If you're wearing a hat or fascinator. Grey or nude would be nice. Or bright orange shocking pink to be bold. Love the dress btw

Gold sandals

Thanks. I tried (my) gold sandals but they weren’t really right with it. Will look at the other suggestions- thank you!
Don’t want to go too bold. Think I’ll wear a simple headband with a feather or two or jewel. I’ve got auburn bob hair.

Shoes that are the same as the dress colour. Different colour bag - multicoloured with a speck of teal in it.

I dislike peep toe shoes so those shoes wouldn't be for me. I think a court shoe would be nicer.

I'd be inclined to simple black shoes so the dress is the highlight (and I like the dress, think it is stylish).

Yes, agree it needs simple shoes. Will try nude or black. Maybe nude as wedding is in May so will lighten dress up a bit.
