No waist with a tummy - what shape dress would suit me?

I need to find a dress for a wedding & would be grateful for some advice. Size 12/14, no waist and a tummy. What kind of dress should I look for to flatter my shape? Any suggestions for actual dresses?

Go for something a dress with a flared skirt that starts under the bust.Hides the stomach and creates a high waist effect if that makes sense.

Skater shape with no details around the waist (no belts, waistbands, frills, etc) - basically get the dress to create a waist while not adding volume to the area.
A line dresses also suit but they're probably a more casual silhouette? Shift dress which skim the body can also work if you don't want a flared skirt.

Personally I wouldn’t go for something that flares from under the bust or is empire line. I think it can make people with a larger tummy look pregnant and hips look wider (I say that as someone who currently has a larger tummy). I’d go for something with an asymmetric detail across the front. Either some kind of wrap (but not a wrap dress) or bunching/a knot. I’m going to have a look. A jumpsuit or shirt and top with a blazer could work alternatively?

Not suggesting this dress, I know it’s not weddingy, but this silhouette could work.
