How to get youthful dewy skin?

After the effects of christmas and New Year, now need to something miraculous to achieve youthful, dewy skin.

Any recommendations?

Anyone try any of the following and can they rate them before I part with any cash?

I've gone for the little effort and slap it on technique

Using the beauty flash balm and some new clinque foundation.

It's ok I suppose but still not the youthful dewy skin I covet.

Any other ideas?

I'm a HUGE fan of Bare Escentuals minerals make up. You just dust it over your face and it just seems to radiate. Try not to use too much though or you can turn out a bit waxy.
