I think a lot of the high end brands are pretty good (for £25 you will get a great one). I've tried Chanel, Estee Lauder, Mac and Bobbi Brown compacts and they've all been great - much of a muchness though so I would be going for the packaging you like best if it were me

for that you can get chanel - go for translucent - works for everyone and it lasts for ages and looks fab

Sorry Im a bargainista. I love the Make Up range by Barbara Daly at tesco. I use their compact/powder.

I have one from Per Una at M&S. Think you could prob get 10 for £25, but it works for me.
