tell me what clothes would suit small petite person?

im 29 but apparently look younger(12 i expect!!!).im only 5 "2 and small build.what clothes would suit me?the only thing i really dont 'do' is smart!

I'm only 5 ft myself although not what I'd call petite!! I tend to steer clear of the following:
very long skirts or dresses
skinny jeans
long jackets
baggy tops.

My fave length for skirts/dresses is just above the knee. I'm told I can get away with the dress/leggings combo despite being nearly 40!
I do like baggy jeans but only with a fitted top, baggy tops in general are no good. Also thin layers (little tops and jumpers) are better than 1 chunky jumper.
Oh and cropped trousers are a real no-no!
Wear heels where poss. I like wedges.

which shops do you like? My faves (topshop, white stuff, river island) don't really do good petite stuff. Next does but I don't like most of it apart from some of the jeans.
