Tomboy wedding outfit for ten yr old girl

Can anyone suggest anything smart for a 10 yr old dress-averse girl please? She likes blues and greens, is average height/weight. Definitely no pink or frills. She needs shoes To go with it to. I've no idea where to start. Any recommendations for shops, or suggestions much appreciated!

What about a jumpsuit? She can wear with either sandals or shoes

My DD worse white trousers and a shirt to awedding at about that age. She has since chosen to wear dresses to the occasional event but at that point didn't like to. She pointed out her brothers were wearing smart trousers and a shirt - fair enough! I see no reason to force any girl to wear a dress or skirt if they don't want to.

What about you go with her to a shop that is within your budget and let her choose? do remind her that you're there for party clothes, not streetwear. But she may find a fancy pair of trousers, a cool top, some cool party shoes. Is she into sparkly stuff? Next has some sparkly high tops, to me they look fancy enough for a child to use to a party

Oh that's perfect healthier, that's started off my shortlist, thanks. grey12 she asked me to choose, she's not interested in clothes, except to say what she won't wear. No she's not into sparkles particularly. She likes understated stuff really.

In fact lungs I'm going to order that, it's perfect, she'll happily wear it, and as you say she can wear white pumps with it so will be able to dance in it too. Now all I need is a card or jacket to go with it. Thanks so much!

What about some wide legged trousers and a top?

Next have a lovely fluffy dark green cardigan at the minute that I got DD to go with a very similar jumpsuit. Looks like there is some green in that jumpsuit so might work well.
