Blonde, brunette, Redhead, Black, which hair colour do you prefer ?

Lighthearted post! Throughout several decades I’ve tried them all apart from blue! Who else loves to experiment with hair colour? I think though I’ve finally found my fav , good ole brunette, after every colour and style imaginable. 🤣🤣

Dark blonde, in terms of what suits me.

Redhead, then brunette.

I've mostly experimented with vibrant reds but now I'm a little older (late 30's) I don't feel they suit me so well. My current favourite is a dark root with lengths of highlights of mixed brown, honeys, caramels, etc.

I'm naturally dark haired but have mostly been blonde since my 20s (now mid 50s). I love red hair and had this for a couple of years but it was such hard work to keep the colour good I gave up. It's a shame as I loved it!

Always been natural blonde so it's just me really. The colour I admire most on other women is dark copper, especially if curly.

I think light to mid blonde suits me best as I'm extremely pale.
My natural dark blonde hair (which to the eyes is a crappy dirty pale brown) makes me look rubbish.
I've been lots of shades of blonde, brown and dark red and plum colours. Also pink. It's fun to change about.

I’m very pale with black hair. Actually black, not dark brown (although I’m around 60% grey now, at the grand old age of 35!)

My favourite colours on myself are a really dark auburn and almost white blonde - that I kept each one for around 3 years; but it was a visit the salon every 6 weeks colour/roots plus extra hassle with toners etc for the blonde.

I’m growing my hair out now though so I’ve just had the ends coloured a light brown

I’m naturally dark brunette which I’m happy enough with. I’ve been bright pink (loved it, but the bleach destroyed my hair for too long afterwards to go that radical again), various shades of red/plum/copper, but they don’t stay vibrant for long on hair as dark as mine - love them though, given a free choice I’d be rich auburn - and I’ve had caramel/dark honey highlights.

Never wanted to be blonde, it just never appealed.

I loved being a redhead, but it fades too fast. Blonde suits me reasonably well but the red was so lovely when freshly done.
