SJP dress on cover of Grazia??

I have fallen in love with this dress - no idea when I would ever wear it given my days of killer dresses for work seem sadly over. And it's probably £gazillions and only available in a size 4 or below... but any ideas where it's from???

I think I saw something similar on the Karen Millen website but it was a while ago.
