Really dry skin

My 15 year old has really dry hands that are now bleeding & very cracked, I’ve tried lots of things even steroid cream from the doctor, lush dream cream, working hand cream e45 etc nothing much makes a difference
Just wondered if anyone had any miracle creams I didn’t know about, attached a photo

Oh your poor boy. Definitely get to the Dr as it could be infected. We took my youngest to A&E once as he had lumps in his groin and it took them a while but eventually realised it was the lymph nodes as the eczema begins his knee was infected and it was travelling through his system.

Otherwise, I'd suggest the Aveeno hand cream with the blue cap. Hope you get him sorted soon.
