V neck occasion dress flattering for short size 12 lady

Hello, I have an occasion to dress for and I just can't find anything online under £100 that will suit my large hips and bust. Ideally something that tapers in at the waist with a v neck. Where else can I look? Monsoon have a velvet one but the reviews suggest the sizing is bad. I have looked at Ted Baker, Coast, Phase Eight etc.

I have until mid Feb (wedding). Any ideas welcome.

French connection? I always manage to find a v-neck + tapered waist from there.

To the suggestion of Lundy boo they're no longer in business but there are some dresses around.

@GettingStuffed I know what you meant but 'lundy boo' did make me laugh. 😆 and yes I agree their dresses are still around; I bought one off Vinted.

Just bought a heart and roses military full length coat size 26 (2nd hand) and its almost 10 sizes smaller when comparing measurements
So gutted as this was for a Halloween costume
