Got some as a free sample, it says read leaflet for instructions of use. I have no leaflet. Do you just rub it on and wipe it off or what??

just use it like a facial scrub - add a bit of water, massage it in with your fingertips, then rinse it off. Have you got the post-treatment moisturiser too?

small circular motions with fingertips, then rinse off.

beware - it's very scratchy. Spf 15 moisturiser recommended after as can be sensitice to sun.

make sure your face is wet first and dont rub just gelntly let it do the work and moisturise essential after
