How can i make my skin look really smooth?any ideas?creams,surgery,laser?whats the best way?Is it possible

microdermabrasion. I would go to a salon rarther than one of the home kits.

Id never heard of primer before thanks i will get that.read about that microd thing sounds really good I will start saving for that.thanx

i have both a mac primer which is supposed to be ace at smoothing out your skin, but only bought it last weekend so havent tried it out yet, and a smashbox primer, which i have tried and found its not lived up to my expectations. its ok, but nothing to rave about. it does smooth skin a little, but not really noticable.
