quick, hair styles for a 7 year old needed

My dd1 has long hair, but the hairdresser is coming soon and she wants a bob, which is fine by me, it will be easier to maintain, but is there any other short styles that are ok for a 7 year old thanks.

what about something like This which is not too old but still trendy and managable IFSYIM

I wouldn't do it.
My ds (7) got a bob earlier this year and it was a bit of a disaster. She complained of it in her face at school and a clip would never stay in her hair. We ended up pulling the top back with an elastic and it just did not look right. It has taken months to grow out and she says she never wants to cut it again.
We now keep it in a ponytail high on her head and it looks sweet.
Having said that, a bob would be fine if you also cut a fringe.

think that style is too old for a 7 yr old furball - a nice blunt but longish bob would be good -long enough to tie back,stick behind ears so it's not in face or annoying !

Dd has a long bob with side fringe. She had a full fringe cut back in about a year ago because the hair was always falling in her face at school but a full fringe needs cutting every 4 wks . The side fringe is working fine. She can put an alice band in for the fringeless look if she wants and it doesn't need regular trimming.

SHe ended up have a bob under below her ears, with a fringe. It looks strange to me, but she has had long hair since she was 2, so its just that I need to get used to it.
