How do you get rid of chapped lips fast?

Woke up this morning and they are all flaky,

looks awful with lippy on.

Any suggestions?

rub with a baby toothbrush and then apply loads of lip salve!

brush them with toothbrush
then vaseline

exfoliate them with a damp toothbrush in a circular motion then slap on the vaseline.

body shop's hemp lip balm fixes my so-chapped-it-looks-like-lipstick lips.

thick layer of moisturiser (lip balm etc) and let it sink in while you are in the bath.

I sympathise, I suffer a lot!
