Matching skirt and blouse that I can wear as a dress

Is there a name for these? And anywhere that sells nice ones? But not over £100

Brora do them, in their liberty print section. I have two and wear the skirts with different tops, the blouses under pinafore dresses or with jeans and then together as a dress, with a black Obi belt to add emphasis at the waist. They are expensive but always greatly reduced in the sale. The "January" sale is usually one of the last to start but does have real bargains. my preferred option is jersey skirt and silk blouse
