Best low heels for someone with wide feet who basically can't walk in normal shoes without falling?

I need to refresh my heels range. Specifically I would love a low (kitten style in height) heel which is not stiletto at the bottom - in other words wider than usual at the base of heel for support. I'm size 7.5 and E fitting for width. It's a flipping nightmare trying to find anything remotely suitable. Please help? :)

Used to buy some lovely footglove ones from M&S but they stopped selling them!

Have you tried Gabor ? John Lewis or Jones sell them & come in wide fittings.

Have you looked at Hotter Shoes?
Some of the styles are a bit on the old side but there are some nice styles and they are ever so comfortable.

Watching with interest. I am often a size 7 (sometimes 6.5 if E fitting) but it is so difficult to find shoes that are nice but not frumpy. Hotter are good but I have only bought summer wedge style sandals from there. And wool trainers that seemed like a great idea at the time😳.

I also have wide feet and am very clumsy. I like Peter Kaiser. Not the cheapest but very comfy. I bought this pair last month to wear to a wedding.
