How do I find a good plastic surgeon in London for silicone filler removal?

I had a permanent filler called Silikon 1000 injected into my lips ten years ago and now have several side effects so want it removed.

Can anyone recommend a good London-based plastic surgeon or a UK cosmetic surgery forum?

Unfortunately it's not dissolvable as it's a permanent filler so I'll have to get it surgically removed.
