Trousers for a short skinny teen boy

My DS is 15, about 5.7 and a skinny soul (waist c 29). He lives in school trousers or joggers but would like some cargo style trousers for Xmas. Any tips on good stores - he's too big for most kids stuff but small when it comes to adult men's clothing? Many thanks.

Next do 29 inch (they even do 26”) in men’s sizes but their teens sizes go up to age 16. I used to have to buy skinny teen jeans there because many had an adjustable waist still at age 15-16.

Thanks so much. Braved Hollister today and had a very useful chat with a sales assistant who was wearing the very trousers I was interested in and was pretty much my son's size.
