What to put in Swedish Hasbeens to stop my feet sliding forwards?

I bought a lovely pair second hand fairly soon into lockdown last year. They haven't ben worn out of the house yet. They're quite high, and I am planning to wear them with tights / socks, though even without my feet slide forward in them. What is the best thing to get to stop that from happening? Those Scholl gel thingies? Anything else anyone finds helpful?

Yes, a half insole at the front (or as you say, the gel inserts) should push your foot up and backwards.
