I really like this perfume - one of my reasons for getting fortnums, it’s a huge hit so far for me.

SittingontheSidelines · 13/12/2021 21:50

Oh nobody here today. I was really pleased ESPA body wash and pulse point oil.

Bavarois · 13/12/2021 21:53

Pulse point oil isn't something I'll use, but it smells lovely. The body wash is really nice, feels very luxurious.

CurlyFerret · 13/12/2021 22:04

I’m liking this - though the pulse point thingy isn’t very strong I’ve had it on my desk and sniffed throughout the day, nice smell. I’ll save the shower stuff for later. Very happy so far.

SocksAndTheCity · 13/12/2021 22:55

I like the pulse oil - I found it mostly smells of patchouli, but I like patchouli. It reminds me of the little This Works rollerball things that a hotel chain used to leave in the rooms with a little pillow spraySmile.

Also saving the body wash/shower gel. I might have a big blowout day over Christmas and waste all the hot water faffing with my bath and body calendar stuff 😀

PomRuns · 13/12/2021 23:09

Crazy day at work - looking forward to the new work me with the roller ball !!

LoveLabradors · 14/12/2021 07:41

I really liked the Espa stuff too. Very pleased with the Bramley sleep spray - it’s a lovely little brand and nice to see it included. I’m counting down to time off work over Christmas and a bit of pampering with lovely new things from the calendar.

supadupapupascupa · 14/12/2021 08:36

I really dislike the rollerball smell snd I so wanted to love it! It reminds me of washing up liquid :-(

However......
The Bromley room spray OMG the kids come in with their pillows for a squirt, and I LOVE it too. Will be a certain repurchase from me!!

I’ve saved the shower gel and tried the rollerball - to me, roller balls are nice as a novelty for a bit and then they end up in a drawer. I’ve never had a posh one though!

I haven’t tried the sleep spray yet, but shall be using it tonight.

casinoroyale4ever · 14/12/2021 11:21

Happy with these the sleep spray and roller ball capers are much loved by DC here too.

CurlyFerret · 14/12/2021 15:44

Well one advantage of wah is instant access to my new rollerball (as opposed to the disadvantages of instant access to the snack cupboard 🙄) rather than having it stuffed at the bottom of my hand bag 😃 so it’s getting regular use so far

Fleecy · 15/12/2021 08:10

Just a quick shout out to anyone who wanted to sign up for the Liberty Beauty Drop - I got notified this morning that it's open for new members, so sign up quick if you're interested.

CurlyFerret · 15/12/2021 09:10

Ooh thanks @Fleecy I’ve just signed up - exciting!

Bavarois · 15/12/2021 09:44

Ran out of shampoo today so I tried the Gallinee scalp cleanser, has anyone else tried it? Have to say it felt and smelt horrible as I was using it, but my hair feels clean and has dried a lot smoother than it normally would. I might quite like this, time will tell.

What about the Sol de Janeiro hair mask? I'm a bit disappointed with it tbh, it smells amazing when it's on but the smell doesn't last on my hair. It doesn't leave it particularly soft or smooth either. I'll be going back to my usual Coco and Eve hair mask, this won't be a repurchase for me.

Martinisarebetterdirty · 15/12/2021 10:07

I used the sol de janeiro last night, it felt amazing when my hair was wet but it hasn’t dried nicely and feels rough, I feel like I want to re wash it. I can still smell it though really strongly. I have long thick hair and this is not a repurchase.

casinoroyale4ever · 15/12/2021 11:16

Couldn't decide re Galinee hair cleanser - my scalp felt better but my hair looked rubbish. But may be worth it if you want a scalp reset from time to time.

Definitely not doing much for my fine flat hair though - may be much better on other hair types.

CurlyFerret · 15/12/2021 12:49

I’ve donated hair things to my buddy - still got the Gallinee one but I’m not feeling inclined to try it based on comments so far. Loving the eye pad things though and have signed up to the Liberty Beauty Drop so no doubt I’ll be drowning in stuff soon 😂

Fleecy · 16/12/2021 09:05

Yesterday's eye things are pretty pricy. Shame as if they are actual magic, I would want to use them more! Today's is a winner for me. I like using some kind of mask or wash in the bath, then slapping on the moisturiser, so this will be used. Doesn't sound too harsh either.

casinoroyale4ever · 16/12/2021 12:35

Happy with today's too - think will go for this one again next year based on contents so far.

CurlyFerret · 16/12/2021 16:43

Love a nice body scrub so happy here today. Agree there’s some lovely things and new brands (to me) - and big sizes too which is great.

SittingontheSidelines · 16/12/2021 20:28

I was shocked at the price of the eye things, especially getting three. I love ESPA stuff so am very pleased with todays.

Nanasueathome · 16/12/2021 20:46

Hang on…I’ve only got 2 of the eye things in my calendar
I’ve checked contents list and there should be just 2 so you’re very lucky there

LoveLabradors · 16/12/2021 21:00

I only got one eye thing!

Nanasueathome · 16/12/2021 21:24

I’ve got MZ SKIN
Anti pollution illuminating eye mask and
Hydra bright gold eye mask
I’ve double checked the contents list and that’s correct

Nanasueathome · 16/12/2021 21:28

The hydra bright mask is £70
The anti pollution is 5 for £70 (and you get one in the calendar)
