Warm tights for thigh pain in the winter

Am looking for recommendations for warm winter tights as I suffer from Sciatica and RA so hip pain and thigh pain worsens as the temperature drops ( have tried M&S wool tights on a friend's recommendation but I'm still ffffffreeezing!) TIA

Primark do some really good fleece lined tights. They are lovely and warm.

Perhaps you could try thermal leggings instead.

Fleece lined leggings? (Primark do them I think). A friend of mine swears by them.

M&S fleece lined leggings.

I used to wear leggings under my trousers they were warmer than tights, I wear fleece lined walking trousers most of the winter the pain in my jlegs is awful other wise.
