Smart coat on a budget?

I need a warm-ish, smart, autumn/winter coat, but I'm on a bit of a budget...

Can anyone recommend anywhere I should be looking please?

Search Ebay for top end makes and pure wool or cashmere coats. I've had some amazing bargains.

Gap has 50% off for the next couple of days. They usually do good coats.

This has a big reduction (bit over your budget) but looks v classic and high quality and would likely see you through a decade.

This thread is bad for my finances....have now ordered the red Mango coat that I suggested for the OP myself

Primark have smart coats for £23 , I have one in red and one in camel , perfect for layering !

I was going to suggest the same @gunnersgold I’ve tried that coat on a few times. Good quality for the money. Be interesting to know how it wears.

Seems fine so far, feels exactly the same ass m and s one for £55.. next also do a £55 version

Well, I went in-person shopping today. Only saw two I like; one they didn't have in my size and the other shop (M&S in Windsor ) had padlocked all their coats shut so you couldn't try them on . Maybe they have a shoplifting problem, but still pretty crap.

Will maybe order some online to try on. The Mango one you've bought is lovely @LaBellina. Let me know how it is on please
