I really want to get into glittery stuff but am very nervous of looking muttony

I did get the Bourjois Effet 3D lipgloss, it tastes gorgeous but I feel like ive got jam on my lips and not wiped it off.

I'm love to go glittery but have only had the 'kids glitter' effect from (admittedly cheapo) brands of eyeshadow I've tried. As far as lipsticks go, the only thing that was ever any good was Maybelline Water Shine Diamonds lipgloss. Subtle glitter, not too jammy and the clear one went on really well over lipstick. Lasted well too. So that one was 8/10, points off for the fact that you have to wear lipstick under it (I guess this could be an advantage as you can use the colours you already like, but it did make it more of a faff). Not sure if they even make it any more! I have no new makeup at all, everything's about 3 years old

Cod I know this is off the topic but could you do one on cream eyeshadows? I have a great pale pink one which is running out and everything in the shops seems to be far too shiny...

I have just bought a new glittery eye liner from Virgin Vie, it is lovely. Will link it and review.

largevirginbirthandtonic · 15/12/2007 20:26

Put some sparkles on for instant glamourpuss effect goes very well with a dressing gown i find.
