Colour matching, worth it?

Just that really.

Had a baby a few years ago, feel in a rut with clothes. My body is not the same as pre baby, not sure what suits me. Thought this could help…. But is it an epic waste of money? Looks like it could cost upwards of £75.

Would love to hear from people who have used a colour service…. Or just figured it out themselves?

Thanks!

A good site for self analysis is Your Colour Style. Its less about the seasons and more about figuring out whether:

Soft or Bright colours you best i.e. is your overall contrast soft or bright
You have Cool or Warm undertones?
Can you wear light, medium or deep saturated colours (how intense is your colouring).
