Has anyone found a blonde box dye that is actually decent and doesn't make your hair yellow/ginger?

I can't afford highlights any more and my hair has gone so flat and awful with terrible roots, it's making me feel grim! Was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent box dye kit?

OP hasn't given quite enough information here to be receiving replies such as it's all easy peasy lemon squeezy
Blonde is nutritiously difficult to do & maintain at home in most cases... that's why it takes hours in the salon ?!
If you take up all this advice OP please provide some pics as I would love to see how easy it really is
P.S you get no second chances with bleach/permanent hair kits... what you do get though is frazzled Orange over processed hair that is good for nothing but a chop & in the bin if it's done wrong.
Seriously I would just wait out until you can get it done in a salon if you aren't prepared to risk chopping it all off.

OP, if your hair is darker than a level 6, I'd recommend the Jerome Russell Kits- start with the one for dark blonde hair as it's a 30 vol developer, stay away from 40 vol until you're comfortable with it all. The highlighting kits include a brush and highlighting cap but if you have things/ don't need that, I'd recommend the hi lift bleach powder sachets and the 30 vol developer (you buy them separately) and Jessie James Decker has a good tutorial on how to highlight- I'd start there instead of a full head but patch test first on a section of hair at the back of your head, underneath other hair to get a feel for how long you need to keep the bleach on for the shade you want. If you hair is a level 6 (without previous permanent box dye) or lighter, the Loreal Excellence dye in 9.0 is great but if you want a true blonde I do recommend bleach. Use the fanola no yellow mask to tone, and let us know how it goes! Always happy to answer questions! :)
