my first thought was black knee boots

when are you wearing it? Is it for a special occasion or everyday? If everyday, I would go with the boots, but for evening, I think it would look sweet with some little flat pumps something like this

Not necessarily. Ialways choose a heel, but only becuase I'm short. Flat boots would look good too IMO

If you don't want to wear a heal, Clarks have some nice flat boots in at the moment. But you can't do links to their site.
