I have a pair of the heeled Regina in mahogany leather - I like them, but I don't really understand the obsession with them and, as they've gone up a lot in price since I bought mine, I'm not convinced I'd buy them again.
Pros - they're extremely comfortable, beautiful leather
Cons - the orange lining does leak dye onto light trousers/socks, mine have sagged (admittedly I haven't looked after them terribly well with boot trees etc. but I've also not trashed them) so look a bit battered these days, the tassels fall off all the time (they replace them free of charge, but it's a pain), I don't find they look that great with that many outfits.
I'm not sure the Regina are worth the hype tbh - they're cut so they sit at an awkward point on most people's knees and create a knee bulge, which isn't super flattering. It's not terrible, but most people I've seen have it to some degree, I do and mine zip up easily and aren't remotely tight anywhere else. They're also really commonplace these days, not that that's a problem, but it does detract a bit from having a really lovely pair of boots when you're one among hundreds in the same place.
Maybe consider some of their other pairs? I have a pair of the F&F knee high Rockinghams and I much prefer them - they're far more flattering on the leg as they're cut higher on the sides of the knee so you don't get the knee bulge.
