Drinks party..help

Hi

We're having a drinks party pre Christmas and I don't really want to do the full cocktail dress, as no one else will. I want to wear a pair of jeans with a really beautiful glamorous top, but I can't find anything I like.

AM after something with sleves as i hate the top of my arms which are a bit on the chunky side. I have a waist so would quite like to show that off and look better in scoop or v nacks.

My budget is up to 150 quid, so should manage to find something...does anyone have any ideas.

cod - I live in Holland.....they'll all be in jeans...trust me. I am talking nice skinny fit high waisters...not stinky slobbing out ones...

have plenty of dresses, but will be totally overdone if i go down that route...
